                  B16黑色素瘤是具有高轉移潛力的惡性腫瘤。靜脈注入放射同位素后,腫瘤轉移研究發現了兩個實驗組的差異。在腫瘤接種前一個月開始喂飼低氘水的小鼠組中發現,腫瘤肺轉移數量顯著低于,腫瘤接種后才開始喂飼低氘水的小鼠組和對照組的小鼠。在腫瘤接種后才開始喂飼低氘水的小鼠組中,與對照組比較腫瘤轉移數量沒有統計學上的顯著差異。

                  總之,低氘水顯示了對腫瘤發展過程的雙重效應:在腫瘤發展時喂飼低氘水對壽命和腫瘤轉移,以及抑制腫瘤生長和轉移都沒有積極影響,而在腫瘤發展之前喂飼低氘水小鼠的存活率提高。
